What to put in your first message
Three things get you a same-day answer: the grade, the quantity, and where it is going. Everything else we can work out together.
A complete enquiry
- The grade: granule size in mm, or powder mesh
- Quantity in tonnes or containers
- Destination port, and FOB or CIF
- Anything your spec requires: sieve curve limits, packing, inspection
A written quote follows within 24 hours. Samples of 1-2 kg go out by courier before any order. Office hours are China time (GMT+8); WhatsApp messages are read outside them.
