Bedrock Rubber Industries is based in Yiwu, China, and the material comes from our own recycling plant. Enquiries are answered in English, Arabic, Russian and Chinese.
From tyre to bagged product
Five steps, one line. The photographs on this page are from our own plant; the remaining steps are being photographed now.
Tyres arrive
Whole end-of-life tyres come into the yard and are checked before they enter the line.
Shredding
The shredder cuts whole tyres into rough chips, the first size reduction.
Steel and fibre out
Magnets pull the steel cord and separators lift the textile fibre away from the rubber stream.
Granulation and screening
Mills grind the clean rubber down, and vibrating screens split it into the four granule grades and two powders.
Bagging
Each grade fills one-tonne big bags, labelled by grade and lot, ready for the container.
Check us before you pay
Every lot ships with its own sieve analysis and data sheet. SGS or BV can inspect at the buyer’s option before payment is released, and a 1-2 kg sample goes out by courier before any order. If you prefer to see for yourself, ask us about a visit.
