Reduce & separate

Granulate, screen and prepare

Four material streams

Material grades, packing and loading are confirmed for each order.

Follow the line

  1. Reduce the tyre

    Prepare smaller pieces for processing.

  2. Separate the components

    Recover steel and textile from the rubber stream.

  3. Granulate and screen

    Produce granules and finer powder grades.

  4. Prepare for supply

    Bag material to the agreed order requirements.

Read the process details

Tyres are prepared and reduced to smaller pieces. Steel cord and textile fibre are separated from the rubber as the material moves through processing.

Further size reduction and screening produce rubber granules and finer powder grades. The grade name identifies a material option; the buyer’s required size limits still need to be confirmed.

Finished material is bagged for loading. The packing and loading plan are agreed for the specific material and order.
