Black SBR rubber granules for bulk supply

Recycled tyre rubber from our factory, supplied by the container. Compare nominal sizes, then share the specification your process needs.

Four nominal size ranges

Start with the range. Confirm the sieve limits before you order.

Nominal ranges are not measured sieve curves. The grade name does not establish how much material passes each sieve, or the permitted oversize and undersize.

What if your specification is different?

Send your target sieve openings, percentage passing or retained at each point, and acceptance limits. A request such as 0.8–2.5 mm needs its own review; an overlapping nominal range is not automatically equivalent.

Include the test method and requirements for residual steel, fibre, moisture or other material condition. We will discuss the requested grade and available information before a firm offer.

Match the grade to your process

Tell us what you make. The application alone does not establish suitability.

Tiles, mats & moulded products

Share the formulation requirements, particle-size limits and the trial you need to run.

Tracks & playground systems

Identify the layer, binder system and project requirements. Approval concerns the specified system, not the granule name alone.

Artificial turf infill

Check the system specification and applicable requirements for the intended market before selecting recycled rubber infill.

Check the material

Tyres are reduced, steel and textile are separated, then rubber is granulated and screened.

Our plant photographs show the production process. They do not certify a batch’s size distribution or performance in your product.

What documents should you request?

Tell us which sieve results, material-condition information, test methods and certificates your purchase requires. Document availability and its relevance to the proposed supply must be confirmed before ordering.

The granules product guide is an introduction, not a lot-specific test report or certificate.

From sample to supply

Agree what you need to evaluate before committing to an order.

  1. Define the requirement

Send the grade, application and acceptance limits. Identify any required tests or documents.

  2. Discuss a sample

Our usual bottled sample is around 200 g. Confirm the grade, quantity, charges and courier arrangements before dispatch.

  3. Agree the order

Confirm the specification, sample reference, acceptance process, packing and shipment terms in the written offer.

Need more material for a production trial?

A small bottle may help with an initial material review, but may not be enough for your testing or production trial. Tell us the quantity and checks your process needs. Larger samples and arrangements are confirmed for your request.

A sample review is not a guarantee that every future shipment meets an unstated requirement. Agree how the sample relates to the offered grade and how the order will be accepted.

Prepare a container enquiry

Minimum order: one container. Final packing, loaded weight and timing are confirmed for the material and order.

Request a granules quotation

Contact opens with granules selected. Prepare your message, then send it by email or WhatsApp. An enquiry is not an order.

What affects the quotation?

The required size distribution, quantity, packing and shipment basis shape the offer. Share them together so the quotation covers the material you actually need.

If you need finer powder rather than granules, review the powder grades. Very fine material is quoted separately against the exact size specification and quantity.
